Course Cancellation & Transfers

• ​Our courses are non-refundable once booked. The only exception to this is course cancellations with 30 days advance notice AND for medical purposes.
• Transfers are free with 30 days notice, or $200 with under 30 days notice.
• Once an eLearning code has been issued and redeemed, the value of the eLearning is non-refundable.  The code can be used at any PADI center in the future, and is valid for one year from the date of redemption
• If a course has started but a medical issue arises, you may switch to another course for a fee.  A doctors note is required. 
• If the assigned homework is not completed by the times emailed to you, you may be required to switch to another course, you will be required to pay for another course minus the cost off the eLearning.
  
• If you leave a course for a non-medical reason (miss a session), you will be required to switch to another course, the fees depend on how much of the course you miss. $100 per pool/classroom session and $200 per day of diving.
  
• If you switch to a different course, you can be put on a wait-list for that course. Please be advised that we may not know if the course is full or not until the course start date.  
• If you are unable to complete the skills required with the class you registered in, you may need to pay additional fees for private instruction.
• If you have a timeline in which to finish, but no other course is available, you may pay additional fees to complete outside of normal class schedules.  
• It is the students responsibility to find another course to join.

REGISTER FOR YOUR COURSE!

As per PADI conditions, you MUST finish your entire course within one year of your course start date. If you do not do this, you will be entitled to re-start your course from the beginning. This will also result in having to re-pay for the entire course.

It is the responsibility of the student to ensure they finish their course within a year of their start date.
