Men:
You will likely use the same size as your actual foot size

Drysuit Boots:

Ladies:
You will likely use the same size as your actual foot size
Men:
You will likely use one size bigger than your actual foot size

Weight Required

Wetsuit:
10% of your body weight + 12 lbs
Drysuit:
10% of your body weight + 18 lbs

Please note this is for local diving with the equipment we use.
