PADI Drift Diver Specialty
The ability to set your buoyancy and drift is a feeling nothing short of like flying. The tidal waters are an amazing force found off the coast of BC being that they are nutrient rich - feeding the incredible diversity in life we find while diving. The drift diving specialty introduces techniques to safely dive in mild to moderate currents. The certification is earned after 2 dives either by boat or shore and is available on demand. We can include drift training on any dives that we conduct at Ten Mile Point - one of our favourite sites to visit during our drop-in dives.
